Jigsaw is a teaching method that revolves around cooperative learning. First the students meet with an expert group and in this expert group they becomes experts on a particular section of the information. Then once that is done, students are put into home groups that contain an expert group member that covers every section of the information. They then exchange information that they have mastered with the other "home" group members. This means that everyone has not been taught and exposed to all the information form the section.
